1. Feed Your Eyes
Your eyes need vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and omega 3s to stay healthy. Vitamin C and trace minerals like Zinc and copper are some of the most important for eye health.
There are several yummy foods that can give your eyes the nutrition they need. Here is a list of 10 super eye foods.
1. Carrots

2. Eye Exercise

Rub the palms of your hands vigorously, when they are warm place them lightly over your eyelids. The warmth of your palms will transfer to the eyes. You can feel your eye muscles relax. Repeat this two to three times.
2. Eye Blinking
it's as easy as it sounds but has a big benefit for your eyes. Blink 10-15 times very quickly. Close your eyes and relax for 20 seconds. Repeat this 4-5 times.
3. Figure 8
Another really easy eye exercise is the figure 8. Sit comfortably in a chair and stare at the ground, imagine a figure 8 on the floor and trace it with your eyes, go one direction and then repeat the other direction.
Be sure to use the 20-20-20 Rule while working with your eyes, the rule implies after 20 minutes of using your eyes on a computer screen, cell phone or kindle, to look about 20 ft away for 20 secs.

3. Support Those Eyes with Herbs

3/4 cup aloe vera
½ cup crushed walnuts
2 teaspoons honey

Juice of 2 lemons
Cut the aloe vera leaves open. Work the gel out from the leaves.

fill a 3/4 cup of gel, put it in a pot with a little water, let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes.

Drain the excess water and put the aloe gel in the refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours.

After the aloe gel has cooled put it in a blender with all the other ingredients.

Blend everything until you get a creamy smoothie.
Divided this into 3 portions and consume 1 portion 3 times a day, 30 minutes or so before a meal.
